Nguyen Architects is a design studio with an emphasis on high performance homes and buildings. We collaborate with clients and builders to produce a home with excellent craftsmanship and detailing. Our highly engaged and creative design-build process involves client participation and enjoyment as part of the journey to creating a new home.

The following video is a recent design-build project by Nguyen Architects. Its a complete tear down and rebuild of a new home near Lake Nokomis in South Minneapolis. The project included a new four bedroom family home as well as an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) apartment above the garage for the grandparents which can be used for rental later on.

The design build process starts with Nguyen Architects and then once the design is completed, it will be switched over to Bristol Built, LLC which is also owned and run by Tan H. Nguyen.
